Supporting our Community Through Actions.
Since 1941, the Cartersville Service League has been a steadfast pillar of support in Bartow County, embodying the spirit of community through dedicated service. Each act of kindness, from organizing annual events like the rummage sale and golf tournament to volunteering at local shelters, reflects our commitment to uplifting those in need.

Special Olympics
Special Olympics occurs annually for all Cartersville City Schools and Bartow County Schools special needs students, and the Cartersville Service League is always in attendance to provide support.
Boys & Girls Club
The Cartersville Service League is a proud supporter of the Boys and Girls Club of Bartow County. Each Monday afternoon throughout the school year, the ladies of the League provide a meal donated by CSL members or local businesses. Afterwards, they lead a craft activity with the club kids. This service is always a wonderful way to begin the week!
In addition, the Service League — with help from local businesses — hosts a fun day for the kids each April.

Newman House
On Sundays Cartersville Service League members stock the pantry at the Newman House for children in need within Bartow County. The Newman House is a residential program for abused, neglected, and runaway youth. The shelter is one of the numerous programs that falls under the local non-profit Advocates for Children umbrella.
